What the exchange preserves
The decision, alternatives, disputed assumption, original prediction, owner, method, spending ceiling and time window. The observation rule retains its metric, unit, numeric threshold and counting instructions. Outcomes retain corrections and the stated source reference.
Import as a new proposal
Open Decision Contracts in your workspace, then choose Import a Decision Contract exchange. The imported choice becomes an editable draft. Review it against the destination company’s current budget and attach current sources before saving or accepting it.
- Approvals and spending authority do not transfer.
- Archived observations do not earn model reliability grades.
- Source fingerprints identify recorded references; they do not verify their claims.
- A currency mismatch requires re-entering the money in the destination budget.
- The original snapshot hash identifies the exported record. It is not a signature or external certification.
Keep your complete history too
The exchange is a compact format with a 64 KB limit. Export exact snapshots or restorable workspace records for the covered complete history. These files may contain private company text; choose where you store and share them.
